Action-packed fun & excitement...
Since I usually spend my weekends making like a slug on the couch in various states of repose, I am happy to say that I accomplished a few things this weekend:

Dog-walked. Aleigh let me borrow one of hers (under supervision) and we trotted around the block a few times. It was fun, even though he kept sticking his head between my knees.

Learned how to bind off. I learned to knit a few months ago and have been holding a couple half-finished scarves waiting to finish what I started. Knitting was supposed to help me quit smoking, but instead I learned how to knit and smoke at the same time (don't ask).

Watched four more episodes of the second season of Alias. Technically, this counts as lazing in front of the television, but for some reason I feel as if I have achieved something.

Grocery shopped. Enough sugar free Jello, Campbell's tomato soup, and pouches of StarKist sweet & spicy tuna to last about two weeks.

Lame? Not if you know how hard it is for me to just get off my ass on a Saturday. I also washed a couple of loads of clothes, napped, combed the cat (that's not a euphemism for anything, I really just groomed my long haired Himalayan cat), started knitting another scarf, and started planning my sister's baby shower.
